LGBTQAI+ Schools offer

Free LGBTQI+ Inclusion and Awareness Training for Greenwich Educators

METRO Charity offers free training for primary and secondary educators on LGBTQI+ Awareness & Inclusion through Young Greenwich.

This training is available at all key stages and can be tailored to your setting’s needs. Topics can include: LGBTQI+ language and terminology, experiences of LGBTQI+ young people in education, mental health issues and safeguarding.

Further sessions can focus on anti-bullying, setting up a Diversity student group, diversifying your curriculum beyond RSE, and developing a whole-school approach to create more inclusive educational spaces.
