We run SEND-centred sessions, we have a group for ages 10- 14, and in addition, we have a group for ages 15- 18. These are designed to enhance physical and mental well-being for each young participant by integrating a variety of engaging activities. They begin with warm-up games to foster a welcoming atmosphere before transitioning into sporting activities, arts, dance, crafts and music to promote physical fitness and teamwork.
These sessions run every Saturday during term time, 10 am- 3 pm.
We run in 5-week blocks to give young people a chance to develop and make connections with similar individuals.
