School nurse drop-in service in secondary schools offering one-to-one consultation with Young People:

- Building Healthy Relationships
- Online Safety & Bullying Support
- Healthy Lifestyles, Eating & Weight Guidance
- Puberty, Self-Identity & Personal Hygiene
- Transition into secondary school & higher education support
- Smoking, Alcohol & Substance Misuse Advice
- Referral and signposting to onward services
Parenting Workshops & Advice:
- Behaviour Management & Parenting Support
- Sleep Difficulties & Fussy Eating Help
- Continence Issues (Day & Night Wetting, Soiling)
- School Readiness
- Referral and signposting to onward services
Special Support for Chronic Health Conditions in School:
- Our experienced nursing team are here to help families manage chronic health needs in school settings
- Care plans and guidance on Chronic health conditions for schools
- Screening & Health Checks
- Vision screening for Reception Year
- Height & weight checks as part of the National Child Measurement Programme (NCMP)
