Autumn Programme: Building Stronger Family Communications

Young Greenwich Parents – Autumn Online Parenting Programme

Young Greenwich Parents is offering a programme of FREE online evening workshops and courses for Greenwich parents and carers of children and young people aged 10–19 this autumn.

Running from September to November 2026, the programme covers a range of topics to support parents through the teenage years, including understanding the teenage brain, family communication, managing anxiety, building confidence and resilience, setting boundaries, supporting independence, and maintaining strong parent–teen relationships.

The programme also includes a four-week online course on Understanding ADHD & Autism in Teens, providing parents with practical information and strategies to better understand and support their young people.

All sessions are designed to be practical, supportive and relevant to the everyday experiences of parenting teenagers. Parents can attend individual workshops that are most relevant to them or join us for several sessions across the autumn programme.
